Founder and managing partner formulated the business in 1980 after completing 15 years with Wiendieck & Company, CPAs, Greenwich, Connecticut as a partner. A Greenwich native, who also served as a staff accountant with Wilbur D. Tripp & Company, CPAs in New York, New York from 1962 to 1965, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Certified in the State of Connecticut in 1967 and a member of several professional accounting organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society and New York Society of CPAs, former Officer & Director of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County and former member of the Practicing Law Institute.
